• Q: Who is in the RESTORATION TRADES DIRECTORY?  A: Anybody performing custom building and restoration services based in the U.S. or Canada, including all artisans, contractors, fabricators, designers and consultants.
• Q: What does it cost?  A: It is free.
• Q: How do I register?  A: Click here and follow the prompts.
• Q: How many businesses can I register?  A: As many as you like, but you must have a UNIQUE EMAIL AND PHONE in order to register. You can't list two listings with the same email and/or phone.
• Q: I don't like to get spam, can I register with a dummy email?  A: You must register with a FUNCTIONING EMAIL, or your listing will be deleted. You will be asked to reply to a confirmation email before your listing will go live. Look for it in your email inbox right after you register. If you dont see it there, check your spam folder. If you don't see it there, contact us.
• Q: Will you sell my email?  A: We WILL NOT SELL your information or allow access to it by any third part, except to publish it in our Directory. We will, however SEND YOU BULLETINS, on the topic of internet marketing for the artisans, which is our business. Such Bulletins are issued an average of once per month. IF YOU UNSUBSCRIBE to the Bulletin, your listing will be removed from the Directory, because the Bulletins are sent from that database.
• Q: My listing was up for a few days but then disappeared. What happened?  A: Listings go live on confirmation, but all listings will be reviewed by our live Editors soon after. Off-topic listings will be deleted or edited.
• Q: My listing is there, but my web address is deleted. What happened?   A: If you link to a website, it must be a dedicated domain, no subdomains (such as geocities or yahoo) allowed.
• Q: How come I can't register my company?  A: You may already be registered. Click here to review a complete list of registered, listed companies.
• Q: I can't login, what do I do?  A: Click here to open a registration support ticket.
• Q: How come some companies get better position, more listings and direct links?  A: Those are our web development clients.
