In 1999, J&D completed the painting at Mass MoCA in North Adams, MA, the35-million dollar conversion of a nineteenth-century mill complex into a contemporary art museum. This job included interior painting of the largest art galleries in the northern hemisphere, clock tower restoration, welding and painting of metal smokestacks, freezeback installation, roof repairs and exterior painting involving custom rigging.
