Since 1999, we have helped the building artisans to use the web to present their unique value to their preferred Client. We specialize in search engine optimization, business web consulting and general web development. We also publish web directories to the field, most recently the Restoration Trades Directory, offering thousands of company listings and hundreds of custom building and restoration categories. ALL qualified companies list for free in our Directory.

Our commitment to the professional artisans comes from my own thirty years of experience in the building and restoration field, working as a steeplejack throughout the eastern US. As my trade required me to work in the broadest variety of materials and styles over a large geographic area, I became well acquainted with the full spectrum of dedicated trades people, and the challenges that they faced in finding superior clients for their superior services. Having had notable success in using the web to find qualified clients for my own business, I then began to offer those services to associates who were facing the same marketing challenges.

As part of my mission to educate the public about working with the artisans, I have written a series of articles on the subject which were published in Traditional Building Magazine and Period Homes Magazine. Similarly, as part of our parallel mission to assist the artisans to make the web work for them, I have written number of articles about web marketing for the building specialists.
